As we finished the first part of Chapter 17, we saw that there are ten horns that are ten kings that do not have kingdoms but will receive authority as kings with the beast for one hour. The purpose for this is to give their authority back to the beast. What will be taking place on the earth at this time is very interesting. We see ten people who are not kings of any kingdoms(countries), who will be given kingship of kingdoms,by the beast, for the soul purpose of giving their power(military power), of that kingdom, to the beast(anti-christ). So with the beast now with authority over every military power of these ten nations, he will bring them all for battle to make an attempt to stop the return of Jesus. Remember, the main reason why Jesus is returning with His wrath is to destroy those who are destroying the earth so that some flesh (people) will survive.
John wrote in Revelations 11th Chapter, verse 18;
"And the nations were enraged and Thy wrath came, and the time came for the
dead to be judged, and the time to give their reward to Thy bond-servants the
prophets and the saints and to those who fear Thy name, the small and the great,
and to destroy those who are destoying the earth."
The reward is the being caught up in to be with Jesus. The saints(believers) who are still alive on the earth, at this time, along with those who have died, will receive their new glorified resurrected(heavenly) bodies, that will be in the likeness of their risen Lord Jesus. Since flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, they must shed the earthly body for the new heavenly body.
John wrote in his gospel in Chapter 24, verses 21 and 22, quoting Jesus;
(21)"for then there will be a great tribulation, such has not occured since the
beginning of the world until now, nor ever shall. (22)"and unless those days
had been cut short, no life would have been saved; but for the sake of the elect
those days shall be cut short."
I keep trying to emphasize the reason for the wrath of God, because Satan is always trying to project the wrath as being such an unfair and unrighteous thing for a God to do. This is because the wrath is coming to stop the destruction that is being done by Satan. When the wrath comes, there will no longer be anyone left on earth, who became New Creations (saints) by receiving the truth of Jesus and His gift of eternal life. This will leave all the powers of the nations militaries in the hands of all those who refused to receive the truth as to be saved and who chose to worship the beast. This is why those ten kings will easily surrender the control of the militaries into the hands of the beast(anti-christ).
John goes on to write in Revelation Chapter 14;
"These will wage war against the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them,
because He is Lord of lords and King of kings, and those who are with Him
are the called and chosen and faithful."
When it says that those who are with Him are the called and chosen and faithful, this means that these are the ones who chose Jesus. For everyone has been called, but few answer. Everyone has been chosen, but few accept. Everyone has been called to put their trust in Jesus, but many refuse. For Jesus said, in the 3rd Chapter of the gospel of John in verses 16 and 17;
(16)"For God so loved the world, that he gave His only begotten Son, that whoever
(called) believes in Him should not perish (chosen), but have eternal life (by
trusting what He says is true.) (17) For God did not send His Son to judge the world,
but that the world should be saved through Him."
This is why the only people who will perish are those who refused to receive the truth as to be saved. Those who are with are those that John wrote about in the 19th Chapter of Revelation, verses 11-14;
(11)"And I saw heaven opened; and behold, a white horse, and he who sat upon
it is called Faithful and True; and in righteousness He will wage war.(12) And His
eyes are a flame of fire, and upon His head are many diadems; and He has a name
written upon Him which no one knows except Himself.(13) And He is clothed with
a robe dipped in blood (it is His blood that purchased all those who would come
to Him); and His name is called the Word of God.(14) And the armies which are in
heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean(washed in the blood of the Lamb),
were following Him on white horses."
The prophet Daniel wrote in his 8th Chapter about the one(anti-christ) who would come against Jesus. This is the one who causes the abomination of desolation, that Jesus said to look to as a sign of the end of this age. Daniel talks about this leader as a he and then as (IT). In verses 9-12;
(9)"And out of one of them came forth a rather small horn which grew exceedingly
great towards the south, toward the east, and toward the Beautiful land.(10)And IT
grew up to the host of heaven and caused some of the host and some of the stars to
fall to the earth, and IT trampled them down. (11) IT even magnified ITself to be
equal with the Commander of the host; and it removed the regular sacrifice from
Him, and the place of the sanctuary was thrown down.(12) and on account of
transgression the host will be given over to the horn along with the regular sacrifice;
and IT will fling truth to the ground and perform ITS will and prosper."
When the realm of Greece(The united alliance) stops Iran from making an attempt to take over the middle east, the realm of Greece will be divided into four powers of rule with a leader for each division. One of these leaders will become IT. This is the anti-christ who will proceed down from the global capital of Tyre into Israel where he will make war with Israel and do away with the sacrifice in the temple in Jerusalem. He (IT) will then seat himself in the temple saying that he is God. From here he will go after the saints and will persecute and kill many because of the truth that they proclaim. He will mock the truth of Jesus and go on to cause much destruction on the earth.
This leader is the one who makes the 7 years covenant of peace, that will allow Israel to rebuild their temple in Jerusalem and start back up their sacrifices. It will also allow the city to be built in Tyre.
This leader is killed half way into the 7 year covenant that was made. This is at the exact time that Satan and his demons are cast out of heaven and down to the earth. He then recovers from his fatal wound and becomes IT in the power of Satan. Daniel goes on to write that in the latter period of the rule of the four leaders, when the trangressors have run their course, in Chapter 8, verses 23-25:
"(23).........A king will arise, insolent and skilled in intrigue.(24) And his power
will be mighty, but not by his own power, and he will destroy to an extraordinary
degree and prosper and perform his will; He will destroy mighty men and the holy
people.(25) And through his shrewdness He will cause deceit to succeed by his
influence; And he will magnify himself in his heart, and he will destroy many while
they are at ease. He will even oppose the Prince of princes (Jesus), but he will be
broken without human agency."
Not by human agency because it will be done by Jesus and His Saints when they return to execute the wrath of God, for the destruction that is being perpetrated on the earth, by Satan and all those who refused to receieve the truth as to be saved.
Back in Daniel's 7th Chapter, Daniel wrote this about this man of Satan and the outcome, in verses 25-27:
(25)"And he will speak out against the Most High (Jesus) and wear down the
saints of the Highest One (Jesus), and he will intend to make alterations in times
and in law (stop the regular sacrifice); and they will be given into his hand for
a time, times, and half a time (3 1/2 years). (26) But the court will sit in judgment,
and his dominion will be taken away, annihilated and detroyed forever.(27) Then
the sovereignty, the dominion, and the greatness of all the kingdoms under the
whole heaven will be given to the people of the saints of the Highest One; His
kingdom will be an everlasting kingdom, and all the dominions will serve and
obey Him."
John concludes Revelation Chapter 17, verses 15-18, with this;
(15)"And he said to me, 'The waters which you saw were the harlot sits, are
peoples and multitudes and nations and tougues (global capital).(16) And the ten
horns that you saw , and the beast, these will hate the harlot and will make her
desolate and naked, and will eat her flesh, and will burn her up with fire.(17)
For God has put it in their hearts to execute His purpose by having a common
purpose, and by giving their kingdom to the beast, until the words of God are
fullfilled.(18) and the woman whom you saw is the great city, which reigns over
the kings of the earth."
How ironic it is that Jesus tells them by what he has them do, "You have come to destroy Me, but before I destroy you, I will watch you destroy your own deceptive city that deceived all the inhabitants of the earth by mocking my truth and killing my saints."
May Jesus give you His peace and understanding.

Revelation Chapter 17- The Doom of Babylon
The doom of Babylon is what I have written about in previous blogs, when referring to the City of Tyre, that will be rebuilt in the end times. The prophet Isaiah wrote about the City of Tyre in his 23rd Chapter. This proceeded what he wrote in Chapter 24, about the judgement of the earth.. Isaiah also wrote in his 14th Chapter about the King of Babylon, in which he refered to this to be Israel's taught against the King of Babylon. During the days that Isaiah lived the City of Tyre was part of the Babylonian Empire. In Chapter 14, Isaiah refers to the King as the King Babylon and in Chapter 23, Isaiah refers to the City, from which he ruled from, as Tyre. In Isaiah's 47th Chapter, he writes about what will come upon Babylon and why.
The prophet Ezekiel wrote in his 26th Chapter about the judgement of Tyre. In the 27th Chapter it takes up a lamentation over Tyre. Then in Chapter 28, he writes about the King of Tyre's overthrow and final end. In Chapter 28, verses12 -17, it shows that the King of Tyre is Satan.
As we go through Revelation Chapter 17, we will see what Jesus reveals about this City and its leader. John begins Chapter 17 with this;
"And one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and spoke to me,
saying, 'Come here, I shall show you the judgement of the great harlot who sits
on many waters, with whom the kings of the earth commited acts of immorality,
and those who dwell on the earth were made drunk with the wine of her immorality.'"
The great harlot is a City. When it says that the great harlot sits on many waters, what it is saying is that from that City the rest of the the world is being governed or influenced in some way or another. It would be as if the world is united and being ruled through one city acting as a the Capital City of the world. When it says that the kings of the earth commited acts of immorality with this city and that the inhabitants of the earth are drunk with the wine of her immorality, this must mean that the influence of this City is deceiving the people of the earth. The kings of the earth are going along with it and therefore persuading their citizens to also participate in the ideas of what comes from this City. The immorality could be a deception that is in opposition to Jesus and the truth. I put "could be", but I know it is.
John continues in verse 3;
"And he carried me away in the Spirit into the wilderness; and I saw woman
sitting on a scarlet beast, full of blasphemous names, having seven heads and ten
horns."
The woman is great harlot, which is the city. The beast that is carrying this City is Satan, the anti-christ. The seven heads are the seven continents and the ten horns are ten kings that will be given special authority at the end. This means that possibly, some or one of the continents will have more than one king. They could possibly be consentratrated into a smaller area. So what we have is Satan carrying the influence of the Harlot City to the rest of the world, by way of the kings(leaders) of the earth. The blasphemous names that the beast has, are either what he is referring to himself as. Example, when he seats himself in the temple in Jerusalem making claims that he is God. They can also be names that people are giving to him because they are looking at him as a savior like figure, who will look as if he is healing the woes of the earth.
John continues in verses 4 and 5;
(4)"And the woman was clothed in purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and
precious stones and perals, having in her hand a gold cup full of the abominations
and of the unclean things of her immorality,(5) and upon her forehead a name was
Written, a mystery, 'BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS
THE AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.'"
In Jesus eyes this City is not a great influence to the rest of the world. Instead it is a terrible influence on the world. When people allow themselves to be influenced by this city, it is like having an affair with a harlot. Like selling your soul to the devil.
John writes in verse 6;
"And I saw the woman drunk with the blood of the saints, and with the blood
of the witnesses of Jesus. And when I saw her, I wondered greatly."
Remember, in Chapter 16 when the 3rd angel poured out his bowl that caused the waters to become like blood for the reason John wrote in verse 6;
"for they poured out the blood of saints and prophets, and Thou hast given
them blood to drink. They deserve it."
This City will become intoxicated by the thrill they get by killing the people of Jesus. They will reap what they sowed. I don't believe that it will only take place in this City. I also believe that the influence of this city will sprend this evil to the rest of the world. This is already taking place throughout many countries in the world in mass numbers today. You just don't hear about it because Satan contols what information he wants people to get or not get.
With John wondering greatly about this drunk woman (city), He was told this in verses 7 and 8;
(7)"And the angel said to me,'Why do you wonder?' I shall the mystery of the
woman and of the beast that carries her, which has the seven heads and ten
horns."(8) The beast that you saw was and is not, and is about to come up out
of the abyss and go to destruction. And those who dwell on the earth will wonder,
whose name has not been written in the book of life from the foundation of the
world, when they see the beast, that he was and is not and will come."
Remember, Jesus told the apostles in the 24th Chapter, verses 15 and 21, of Matthew, when they inquired of Him as to the signs of His come and the end of the age;
(15)"Therefore when you see the 'abomination of desolation' which was spoken
of through the prophet Daniel, standing in the holy place...........(21) for then there
will be a great tribulation, such has not occured since the beginning of the world
until now now, nor ever shall."
This occurs when the King of Tyre (was), is killed(is not) and then comes back to life(comes up out of the abyss). He comes back to life, in the power of Satan. The whole world will be amazed and worship this person, except the believers who know this will happen (the ones written in the book of life). The abonination of desolation is when this king will go down from Tyre against Israel and seat himself in the temple of God, in Jerusalem, making claims of being God.
Paul wrote about this in his first letter to the Thessalonians, Chapter 2, verses 1-10;
(1)"Now we request you, brethren, with regard to the coming of our Lord Jesus
Christ, and our gathering together to Him,(2) that you may not be quickly shaken
from your composure or be disturbed either by a spirit or a message or a letter as
if from us, to the effect that the day of the Lord has come.(3) Let no one in any
way deceive you, for it will not come the apostosy(falling away from the truth)
comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the SON OF DESTUCTION,
(4)who opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship,
so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, DISPLAYING HIMSELF AS
BEING GOD.(5) Do you not you remember that while I was still with you, I was
telling you these things? (6) And you know what restrains him now, so that in his
time he may be revealed.(7) For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work;
only he who now restrains will do so until he is taken out of the way.(8) And then
the lawless one will be revealed whom the Lord will slay with the breath of His
mouth and bring to an end by the appearance of His coming;(9) that is, the one
whose coming is in accord with the ACTIVITY OF SATAN, with all POWERS
AND SIGNS AND FALSE WONDERS,(10) and with all the deception of
wickedness for those who perish, BECAUSE THEY DID NOT RECEIVE THE
LOVE OF THE TRUTH AS TO BE SAVED."
Half way, 3 1/2 years into a 7 year peace covenant, this person is killed at the same time Satan and his demons are kicked out of heaven and down to the earth. He then returns to life in the power of Satan and goes throughout the earth with great destruction.
Paul wrote about this in his first letter to the Thessalonians in the 5th Chapter, verses 2-4;
(2)"For you yourself know full and well that the day of the Lord will come just
like a thief in the night.(3) While they are saying, 'Peace and safety!' then sudden
destruction will come upon them suddenly like birth pangs upon a woman with
child; and they will not escape.(4) But you brethren are not in the darkness, that
the day should overtake you like a thief."
The world will be deceieved by the temporary time of peace and this peace maker. When he comes to life, they will be even more amazed, but destrution will soon be upon them. The saints will know this is coming and will not be caught offguard.
In Revelation 17, the angel continues to tell John in verse 9-13;
(9)"Here is the mind which has wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains
(continents) on which the woman [Babylon the Great, Tyre] sits."(10) and they
are seven kings; five have fallen, one is[this would be #6], the other has not yet
come [this is #7], when he [ #7]comes he must remain a short while [he steps in
for #6 who was killed, until he comes back to life] (11) And the beast which was
[#6] and was not[he was killed], is himself also an eighth [#8], and is one of the
seven [#6], and HE GOES ONTO DESTRUCTION.(12) And the ten horns which
you saw are ten kings, who have not yet received a kingdom, but they receive
authority as kings with the beast for one hour. (13) These have one purpose and
they give their power and authority to the beast.
Jesus peace and grace and mercy be with you.

The great harlot is a City. Revelation Chapter 16 (Part 3) Bowls Of Wrath
In Chapter 16, John is given a vision of the 7 bowls of the wrath of God being poured out. He begins Chapter 16:
"And I heard a loud voice from the temple, saying to the seven angels,"Go
and pour out the seven bowls of the wrath of God into the earth."
1st angel:
"And the first angel went and poured out his bowl into the earth; and it became
a loathsome and malignant sore upon the men who had the mark of the beast
and who worship his image.'
2nd angel:
"And the angel poured out his bowl into the sea, and it became blood like that
of a dead man; and every living thing in the sea died."
3rd angel:
"And the third angel poured out his bowl into the rivers and the springs of water,
and they became like blood.
And I heard the angels of the waters saying, "Righteous art Thou, who art and
who was, O Holy One, because Thou didst judge these things; for they poured
out the blood of the saints and the prophets, and Thou hast given them blood
to drink. They deserve it."
If you recall, back in chapter 6, when Jesus broke the fifth seal, John saw underneath the altar the souls of all those who had been slain because of the word of God, and because of the testimony which they had maintained cying out with a loud voice;
"How long, O Lord, holy and true, wilt Thou refrain from judging and avenging
our blood on those who dwell on the earth?"
There is a universal principal of God. He requires that every man reaps what he sows. The men who are left on earth, when the 3rd angel pours out his bowl, are those who caused the blood of the prophets and the saints to be poured out when they murdered them, because of their testomony of the gospel(truth) of Jesus. Therefore, they will be given blood to drink, becaused they did not repent of their deeds.
4th angel:
"And the fourth angel poured out his bowl upon the sun: and it was given to it
to scorch men with fire. And men were scorched with fierce heat; and they
blasphemed the name of God who has the power over these plagues; and they
did not repent as to give Him glory.
5th angel:
" And the fifth angel poud out his bowl upon the throne of the beast; and his
kingdom his kingdom became darkened;and they gnawed their tongues because
of pain, and they blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pain and their
sores; and they did not repent of their deeds."
6th angel:
"And the sixth angel poured out his bowl upon the great river, the Euphrates;
and its water was dried up, that the way might be prepared for the kings from
the east."
Again if you recall, back in chapter 9, when the 6th angel sounded his trumpet, there came forth an army of 200 million soldiers that came forth and killed a third of mankind. These armies are about to reap what they sowed. They came as far as the Euphates from the east, but they could not cross because the river stops them from going any further. When the 6th angel pours his bowl, he then makes it possible for them to procede on toward Israel where they will meet their fate.
Remember, half way through the seven year tribulation that Satan and his demons are going to be cast out of heaven and kicked down to the earth. I stated that I am not sure what kind of manifestation that would be. All I know is that it will be different then how it is now. Satan and his demons, as of now, have access to both heaven and the earth. When they are kicked out, they will only exist on the earth. In what form or presence?, we will have to see. John see this in Chapter 16, verses 13-16;
(13)"And I saw coming out of the mouth of the dragon and out of the mouth of
the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet; three unclean spirits like frogs;
(14)for they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which goes out to the kings
of the whole world, to gather them together for the war of the great day of God,
the Almighty.
(15)("Behold, I am coming like a thief. Blessed is the one who stays
awake and keeps his garments, leat he wake about naked and men see his shame.")
In verse 15, Jesus makes an interjection here. He is making sure that He emphiszises to all His saints the importants of being steadfast in their faith, so they will be found with Him when He comes for this battle.
(16)"And they gathered them together to the place which in Hebrew is called
Har-Magedon."
All the armies of the world will be gathered here to fight against the God of heaven, Jesus.
7th angel:
"And the seventh angel poured out his bowl upon the air; and a loud voice came
out of the temple from the throne saying, 'It is done.' And there were flashes
lighting and sounds peals of thunder; and there was a great earthquake, such as
there had not been since man came to be upon the earth, so great an earthqake
was it, and so mighty. And the great city was split into three parts, and the cities
of the nations fell. And Babylon was remembered before God, to give her the
cup of the wine of His fierce wrath. And every island fled away and the
mountains were not found. And huge hailstones, about one hundred pounds
each, came down from heaven upon men; and men blasphemed God because
of the plague of the hail, because its plague was extremely severe."
Babylon is the city of the beast. This is the city that I blogged about, showing that the city will be built in Tyre, Lebanon. The beast is the king of Tyre who will come back to life from a fatal wound with the power of Satan. This is the man known as the anti-christ. This city and the cities of the earth will fall because of the great earthquake that will occur. I threw out a theory as to the one hundred pound hail. At the resurrection, the saints bodies will be caught up to be with Jesus in the air and then transformed into a new heavenly body. Since flesh as blood cannot iinherit the kingdom of God, the human body which is 80% water will have to be shed. This will cause the earthly body to have to return back down to the earth. Falling from a colder upper atmosphere it will turn to ice. Just a theory.
Jesus' peace and grace be with all of you.
If you recall, back in chapter 6, when Jesus broke the fifth seal, John saw underneath the altar the souls of all those who had been slain because of the word of God, and because of the testimony which they had maintained cying out with a loud voice;
6th angel:
"And the sixth angel poured out his bowl upon the great river, the Euphrates;
and its water was dried up, that the way might be prepared for the kings from
Remember, half way through the seven year tribulation that Satan and his demons are going to be cast out of heaven and kicked down to the earth. I stated that I am not sure what kind of manifestation that would be. All I know is that it will be different then how it is now. Satan and his demons, as of now, have access to both heaven and the earth. When they are kicked out, they will only exist on the earth. In what form or presence?, we will have to see. John see this in Chapter 16, verses 13-16;
(13)"And I saw coming out of the mouth of the dragon and out of the mouth of
the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet; three unclean spirits like frogs;

Revelation Chapter 16 (Part 2) Bowls Of Wrath
Nobody likes to here about the wrath of God. Even many Christian denominations avoid the topic in fear that it will chase memebers out of their seats, decreasing the money that comes into the church. This is why many churches hesitate even taking on the Book of Revelation. The truth is the truth and any church that avoids this topic is doing a great disservice to their members. If a believer is aware of what will take place in the last days of this age, then it will not caught them off guard. They will be able to come off victorious from the beast and his image and the number of his name, not being decieved. Paul starts Chapter 16 hearing a voice from the temple, saying to the seven angles;
"Go and pour out the seven bowls of the wrath of God into the earth."
Remember, the wrath is coming on those who refused to receive the truth as to be saved and to destroy those, under the direction of Satan, who are destroying the earth. As written in Revelation Chapter 11, verse 18;
"And the nations were enraged, and Thy wrath came, and the time came for
the dead to be judged, and the time to give their reward to thy bond-servants
the prophets and to the saints and to those who fear Thy name, the small and
the great, and to destoy those who are destroying the earth."
And in the 2nd letter to the Thessalonians, in Chapter2, verses 1-10;
(1)"Now we request you, brethren, with reguard to the coming of our Lord Jesus
Christ, and our gathering together to Him, (2) that you may not be quickly shaken
from your composure or be disturbed either by a spirit or a message or a letter
as if from us, to the effect that the day of the Lord has come. (3) Let no one in any
way deceive you, for it will not come unless the apostasy (falling away)...........
The falling away is what will take place in many churches, as those who are not prepared for these days to occur, will follow the deception of the rider on the white horse as written in the 6th Chapter of Revelation, verse 2;
"And I looked, and behold, a white horse, and he who sat on it had a bow;
and a crown was given to him; and he went out conquering and to conquer."
This rider will be, as I believe, the one who will become the leader in Tyre, Lebanon, a global commerce capital of the world, as written by the prophet Ezekiel, in his 27th and 28th Chapters.
The thing to notice here, is that the rider has a bow, not mentioning any arrows. He is given a crown, which means a power of rule, and he goes out conquering and to conquer. So what we have here, is someone who will go out and gain control over many without needing weapons. This means that he will do it with diplomatic means of coming up with solutions to the worlds termoil and make proposals of peace and people will follow after his deception. For Paul wrote in his 1st letter to the Thessalonians Chapter 5, verse 2-4;
(2)"For you yourself know full well that the day of the Lord will come like a
thief in the night.(3) While they are saying, "Peace and safety!" then sudden
destruction will come upon them suddenly like birth pangs upon a women with
child; and they shall not escape. (4) But you, brethren, are not in darkness, that
the day should overtake you like a thief;"
Now continuing with what Paul was saying in his 2nd letter to the Thessalonians Chapter 2;
(3)".............apostasy comes first, and the man of lawless is revealed, the son
destruction.
This son of destuction is the rider on the white horse who will come back to life, after being killed. This will occur 3 1/2 years into what is know as the tribulation period. This is the last 7 years of this age. Half way through this period, 3 1/2 years in, Satan and his demons will will be cast out of heaven and down to the earth. This is at the same time the rider on the white hore is killed. When he comes back to life, he comes back in the power of Satan. He goes from being a man of peace to the "son of destuction". John writes of this in Revelation;
Chapter 12, verse 9;
"And the great dragon was thrown down, the serpent of old who is called the
devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was thrown down to the earth,
and his angels(demons) where thrown down with him."
Chapter 12, verse 12;
"For this reason, rejoice, O heavens and you who dwell in them. Woe to the
earth and the sea, because the devil has come down to you, having great wrath,
knowing that he has only a short time."
Chapter 13, verses 3-10;
(3)"And I saw one of his heads as if it had been slain, and his fatal would was
healed. And the whole earth was amazed and followed after the beast;(4) and
they worshiped the dragon, because he gave authority to the beast; and they
they worshiped the beast, saying, "Who is like the beast, and who is able to
wage war with him?"(5) And there was given him a mouth speaking arrogant
words and blasphemies; and authority to act for forty-two months (3 1/2 years)
was given to him. (6) And he opened his mouth in blasphemies against God,
to blaspheme His name (JESUS) and His tabernacle, that is, those who dwell
in heaven.(7) And it was given to him to make war with the saints and to
overcome them them; and authority over every tribe and people and tongue
and nation was given to him.(8) And all who dwell on the earth will worship
him, everyone whose name has not been written from the foundation of the
world in the book of life of the Lamb who has been slain.................
To be recorded in the book of life, all one has to do is receive the sacrifice of the slain Lamb(JESUS) for the forgiveness of your sin, and receive the gift of eternal life.
(9)...........If anyone has an ear, let him hear. (10) If anyone is destined for
captivity, to captivity he goes; if anyone kills with a sword, with a sword he
must be killed. Here is were the perseverance and the faith(trusting Jesus)
of the saints.
You can see here why it is a disservice for churhes not to inform the saints as to what will take place.
2nd Thessalonians 4-10;
"..............son of destruction, (4) who opposes and exalts himself above
every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the
temple of God, displaying himself as being God......"

Revelation Chapter 16 - Seven Bowls of Wrath
Right after the saints are caught up to meet Jesus in the air, seven angels will come forth and they will pour out the seven bowls of the wrath of God. The saints(believers) will no longer be on the earth. The apostle Paul wrote in his letter to the Romans, in the 5th Chapter, verses 8 and 9;
(8)"But God demonstrates His own love for us, in while we were yet sinners,
Christ died for us. (9) Much more then, having now been justified by His blood,
we shall be saved from the wrath of God through Him."
Paul again writes in his first letter to the Thessalonians, in Chapter 1, verse 10 and Chapter 5, verse 9:
(1:10)"and to wait for His Son from the heavens, whom He raised from the dead,
that is Jesus, who delivers us from the wrath to come."
(5:9)" For God has not destined us for wrath, but for obtaining salvation through
our Lord Jesus Christ."
There are a few reasons that we know why the wrath of God will come. We know that one of the reasons is revealed in the Book of Revelation, Chapter 11, verse 18;
"And the nations were enraged, and Thy wrath came, and the time came for the
dead to be judged, and the time to give their reward to Thy bond-servants the
prophets and to the saints and to those who fear Thy name, the small and the
great, and to destroy those who are detroying the earth."
The wrath of God is coming to destroy those who are destroying the earth. For three and a half years after Satan is cast out of heaven and down to the earth, Satan will go on a campaign of destruction such has never been. That is why Paul refered to Satan as the 'son of destruction', in his second letter to the Thessalonians, Chapter 2, verse 3. Jesus stated in the 24th Chapter of Matthew in Chapter24, verse 22;
"And unless those days had been cut short, no life would have been saved;
but for the sake of the elect those days shall be cut short."
The people who are still on the earth when the wrath comes, are those who would not receive the truth of salvation as to be saved. Paul wrote this in his 2nd letter to the Thessalonians, Chapter 2, verse 12;
"in order that they all may be judged who did not believe the the truth, but took
pleasure in wickedness."
Again Paul writes in his letter to the Romans, in Chapter 1, verse 18;
"For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and
unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness."
In the 2nd letter by Paul to the Thessalonians, in the 2nd Chapter, verse10, Paul writes;
"and with all deception of wickedness for those who perish, because they
did not receive the love of the truth so as to be saved."
People will be left on earth to have to go through the wrath of God, only because they did not want to receive Jesus' free gift of eternal life. Instead they chose to be stubborn and refuse Jesus' offer and therefore suffer the consciquence of doing so. Again, I can not quote this passage enough because it shows the heart and desire of God. It is what Peter wrote in his 2nd letter, Chapter 3, verse 9;
"The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some may count slowness, but is
patient toward you, not wishing for any to pershish but for all to come to
repentance."
May Jesus' peace and grace be with you.
There are a few reasons that we know why the wrath of God will come. We know that one of the reasons is revealed in the Book of Revelation, Chapter 11, verse 18;
"And the nations were enraged, and Thy wrath came, and the time came for the
dead to be judged, and the time to give their reward to Thy bond-servants the
prophets and to the saints and to those who fear Thy name, the small and the
great, and to destroy those who are detroying the earth."
The wrath of God is coming to destroy those who are destroying the earth. For three and a half years after Satan is cast out of heaven and down to the earth, Satan will go on a campaign of destruction such has never been. That is why Paul refered to Satan as the 'son of destruction', in his second letter to the Thessalonians, Chapter 2, verse 3. Jesus stated in the 24th Chapter of Matthew in Chapter24, verse 22;
"And unless those days had been cut short, no life would have been saved;
but for the sake of the elect those days shall be cut short."
The people who are still on the earth when the wrath comes, are those who would not receive the truth of salvation as to be saved. Paul wrote this in his 2nd letter to the Thessalonians, Chapter 2, verse 12;
"in order that they all may be judged who did not believe the the truth, but took

"For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and
unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness."
In the 2nd letter by Paul to the Thessalonians, in the 2nd Chapter, verse10, Paul writes;
"and with all deception of wickedness for those who perish, because they
did not receive the love of the truth so as to be saved."
People will be left on earth to have to go through the wrath of God, only because they did not want to receive Jesus' free gift of eternal life. Revelation Chapter 15 Pre Wrath Prep
John sees a scene in heaven of what is taking place right before the seven bowls of wrath are poured out on the earth. Destroying the worlds armies in the Valley of Har- Magedon is not the wrath of God, it occurs right before the seven bowls of God's wrath are poured out that complete the wrath of God. The battle in the Valley was to preserve the remnant of Israel that Jesus had just brought back to Jerusalem. This is what John saw taking place just prior to the pouring out of the seven bowls of wrath in verses 1 and 2 ;
(1)"And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvelous, seven angels who had
seven plagues, which are the last, because in them the wrath of God in finished."
(2) And I saw, as it were, a sea of glass mixed with fire, and those who had come
victorious from the beast and from his image and from the number of his name,
standing on the sea of glass, holding harps of God."
This is how those who were victorious over the beast won their victory. In Chapter 14, verse 12, it says ;
"Here is the perseverance of the saints who keep the comandments of God and
their faith (trust) in Jesus."
Also in Chapter 12, verse 11, it says;
"And they overcame the him (Satan) because of the blood of the Lamb and because
because of the word of their testimony, and they did not love their life even to death."
In other words, it was more important for the saints to maintain confessing what they knew to be true, then to deny it to save their lives. They knew what real life was and though they loose this outer man to death, they gain life that is really life. Life that is eternal. And because of this John saw this in Chapter 15, verses 3 and 4;
(3)" And they sang the song of Moses the bond-servant of God and the song of
the Lamb, saying;
Great and marvelous are Thy works, O Lord God, the Almighty;
Righteous and true are Your ways, Thou King of the nations.
(4) Who will not fear, O Lord, and glorify Thy name? For Thou
alone are Holy; For all the nations will come and worship before
Thee, For Thy righteous acts have been revealed."
Here we are seeing what the Apostle Paul wrote in his letter to the Phillipians in the 2nd Chapter, verses 1-11. Here it desribes what Jesus's righteous act or acts were. This is one of the most revealing passages of scripture descibing the whole plan of salvation and why God came to earth, in the person of Jesus, when it says;
"If therefore there is any encouragement in Christ, if there is any consolation of love,
if there is any fellowship in the spirit, if any affection or compassion, make my joy
complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit,
intent on one purpose. Do nothing out of selfishness or emptie deceit, but with
humility of mind let each of you reguard one another as more important than himself;
do not merely look out for your own personal interest, but also for the interest of
others. Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus,
who, although He existed in the form of God, did not requard
equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied Himself,
taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness
of men. And being found in appearance as a man, humbled
Himself by coming obedient to the point of death, even death on
a cross. Therefore God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on
Him the the name above every name, that at the name of Jesus
every knee should bow, of those who are in heaven, and on the
earth, and under the earth, and that every tongue should confess
that Jesus is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."
This is what we see taken place in Revelation Chapter 15, verse 4. There is going to come a day when everyone, whether a person came to believe or not, will bow to to Jesus and confess that He is Lord. God earn that right for Himself, when He came to earth and bore on Himself all the sins of the world and putting them to death on the cross by shedding His holy and and blameless blood for the forgiveness of them. When Jesus was here He stated that, "he who would be the least among you, would be the greatest in the kingdom of God." In coming to the earth and become the least, Jesus earned the name above all names, the greaest in the kingdom of God, worthy of being worshiped. His righteous act lead to the creation of many who would receive eternal life through His shed blood and resurrection. This is why He came, to offer the gift of eternal life and create a new creation.
John finishes Chapter 15 with this in verses 5-8;
"After these things I looked, and the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony
in heaven was opened, and the seven angels who had the seven plagues came
out of the temple, clcothed in linen, clean and bright, and girded around their
breasts with golden girdles. and one of the four living creatures gave to the
seven angels seven golden bowls full of the wrath of God, who lives forever
and ever. And the temple was filled with smoke from the Glory of God and
from His power; and no one was able to enter the temple until the seven plagues
of the seven angels were finished."
This corresponds with Relelation Chapter 8, verse 1, when the seventh seal is broken there was silence in heaven for about an hour and a half before the the first of seven trumpets would sound that call bring forth events that would corresponds with the seven bowls of wrath. There is silence because there is possibly no one in heaven because they are all participating in the wrath of God. After the wrath is finished everyone who has ever lived will be gathered together were all of them will bow and confess that Jesus is Lord. Since all of those who would not believe are not allowed in the temple, this would have to take place outside the temple.
This event was even foretold as far back as the prophet Isaiah, where God speaks this in the 45th Chapter, verses 21-23;
"And there is no other God besides Me, A righteous God and a Savior, there
is none except me. Turn to me, and be saved, all the ends of the earth; For I
am God, and there is no other. I have sworn by Myself, the word has gone forth
from My mouth in righeousness and will not turn back, that to Me every knee
will bow, every tongue will swear allegiance."

May Jesus peace be with you.
This is how those who were victorious over the beast won their victory. In Chapter 14, verse 12, it says ;
"Here is the perseverance of the saints who keep the comandments of God and
their faith (trust) in Jesus."
Also in Chapter 12, verse 11, it says;
"And they overcame the him (Satan) because of the blood of the Lamb and because
because of the word of their testimony, and they did not love their life even to death."
In other words, it was more important for the saints to maintain confessing what they knew to be true, then to deny it to save their lives. They knew what real life was and though they loose this outer man to death, they gain life that is really life. Life that is eternal. And because of this John saw this in Chapter 15, verses 3 and 4;
(3)" And they sang the song of Moses the bond-servant of God and the song of
the Lamb, saying;
Great and marvelous are Thy works, O Lord God, the Almighty;
Righteous and true are Your ways, Thou King of the nations.
(4) Who will not fear, O Lord, and glorify Thy name? For Thou
alone are Holy; For all the nations will come and worship before
Thee, For Thy righteous acts have been revealed."
Here we are seeing what the Apostle Paul wrote in his letter to the Phillipians in the 2nd Chapter, verses 1-11. Here it desribes what Jesus's righteous act or acts were. This is one of the most revealing passages of scripture descibing the whole plan of salvation and why God came to earth, in the person of Jesus, when it says;
"If therefore there is any encouragement in Christ, if there is any consolation of love,
if there is any fellowship in the spirit, if any affection or compassion, make my joy
complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit,
intent on one purpose. Do nothing out of selfishness or emptie deceit, but with
humility of mind let each of you reguard one another as more important than himself;
do not merely look out for your own personal interest, but also for the interest of
Revelation Chapter 14 (Part 4) The Two Harvests
Chapter 14 concludes with two harvests being reaped. The first one is the reaping of the saints and the second is the reaping of those who refused to believe the truth of Jesus as to be saved and participate in the first reaping. Verse 14 says this;
"And I looked, and behold, a white cloud, and sitting on the cloud was one like
the son of man, having a golden crown on His head, and a sharp sickle in His hand."
We know that the one who is sitting on the white cloud is Jesus because His is capitalized, which always makes reference to God. Verse 15 says this;
"And another angel came out of the temple, crying out with a loud voice to
Him who sat on the cloud. 'Put in your sickle and reap, because the hour to
reap has come, because the harvest of the earth is ripe.' And He who sat on the
cloud swung His sickle over the earth; and the earth was reaped."
What we see taking place here is the resurrection of all who have made Jesus their Lord by receiving what Jesus did for them on the cross, shedding His Blood for the forgiveness of their sins. When they invited Jesus to come into their soul and make them born of above, they received eternal life. They became a New Creation, waiting for the resurrection, that would allow them to be caught up to meet Jesus in the air, receiving their new glorified heavenly bodies. Jesus told of this in Matthew's 24th Chapter, verses 29-31;
"But immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened,
and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will fall from the sky, and the
powers of the heavens will be shaken, and then the sign of the Son of Man will
appear in the sky, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will
see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky with power and great glory.
And he will send forth His angels with a great trumpet and they will gather
together His elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other."
Paul writes of this event in his first letter to the Thessalonians in the 4th Chapter, verses 16 and 17;
"'For the Lord Himself will desend from heaven with a shout, with the voice
of the archangel, and with the trumpet of God; and the dead in Christ shall rise
first. Then those who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them
in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and thus we shall always be with the Lord."
Jesus spoke of this in the gospel of John Chapter 14, verses 1-3:
"Let not your heart be trouble: believe in God, believe also in Me. In My
Fathers house are many dwelling places; if it were not so, I would have told you;
for I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go to prepare a place for you, I will
come again, and receive you to Myself; that where I am, you might be also."
Then in Revelation verse 17, we see this;
"And another angel came out of the temple that is in heaven, and he also had
a sharp sickle."
The difference we see between the two sickle holders, is that Jesus was the first sickle holder who did the reaping of His believers and the second sickle holder is an angel who will do the reaping of those who remain. Jesus will gather His havest of the saints unto Himself. The angel will gather his haverst into the wine press of the wrath of God. For it says this in verse 18-20;
"And another angel, the one who has the power over fire, came out from the
altar; and he called with a loud voice to him who had the sharp sickle, saying,
'Put in your sharp sickle, and gather the clusters from the vine of the earth,
because her grapes are ripe.' And the angel swung his sickle to the earth, and
gathered the clusters from the vine of the earth, and through them into the great
wine press of the wrath of God. And the wine press was trodden outside the city,
and blood came up to the horses bridles, for a distance of two hundred miles."
We are going to see, in Chapter 16, that this wine press will be in a valley in Israel, called Har-Magedon, known more as Armageddon. This is a valley north of Jerusalem, that is 200 miles long. In Chapter 16, verses 13-16;
"And I saw coming out of the mouth of the dragon(Satan) and out of the mouth
of beast(anti-christ) and out of the mouth of the false prophet(the religious leader
that has people worship the beast), three unclean spirits like frogs; for they are
spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the kings of the whole world,
to gather them together for the war of the great day of God, the Almighty."
This is what is know as, The Day of The Lord. John is descibing what he is seeing and he says that the demons that come out of the three look like frogs. Remember, Satan and his demons will be cast down to the earth in the middle of the seven year covenant that the anti-christ will break. We know that Satan and his demons have access now to the earth, but they also have access to the spiritual realm. With 3 1/2 years to go before the Day of The Lord, they will be kicked out of heaven and down to the earth. Like I have said before, I am not sure what kind of manifestation this will be. If it is phisical, then you have to consider what John is seeing when he says, "like frog". Satan knows that this is going to occur, he can't say that he is Satan and the others are demons, so he has to prepare mankind for this event. All I can say is look at all the disciptions that have been given by people who have seen extraterestrials..Although they have people believing that they are from other planets, could they be from another realm. Could it be that Satan's deception is that he will say that he and his demons are from somewhere in space. Or possible, since he is going to claim to be God, could he say that the demons are his angels. We will have to see.
When the angel puts in his sickle to gather the clusters of the earth to the wine press of God, these three will get the kings of the the earth to gather all the armies of the world to this valley. They will arrogantly try to war against the Almighty God who will look at them and laugh.
John continues in Chapter 16 verse 15;
("Behold I am coming like a thief. Blessed is the one who stays awake and
keeps his garments, lest he walk about naked and men see his shame.")
Jesus is saying that prior to this event in Armageddon, He will put in His sickle and call His faithul ones to Himself. Those who persevere until the end.
John concludes in Chapter 15 verse 16;
"And they gathered them together to the place which in Hebrew is called
Har-Magedon."
In this valley the blood of the slain there will be so much that it will be as high as the horses bridle.
Jesus grace and peace be with you.
